Delegation of Authority
14. Delegation of Powers
(1) The Committee may delegate some of its powers to be used by the Executive Secretary as per the need.
(2) The Executive Secretary may delegate some of the powers granted to him in accordance with this regulation to any authorized staff under him as required.
